15% VAT/Tax – Government Tax on all sundries & services (Does not apply to trophies hunted for export.)*

Commercial flight tickets to and from Johannesburg International Airport

Charter flights between hunting / fishing areas if needed

Trophy fees of animals taken or wounded as per our price list

Rifle Hire at $50/Day for high quality rifle & telescope combo and $10 per round for Premium Ammunition used during the hunt

Permit fees for certain species*

All forms of Taxidermy rates for packing, dipping, shipping or work done to trophies

Sight-seeing and day trips away from lodge

Gratuities toward staff

“Show Specials”  in the form of hunting packages will be advertised during the main marketing season. African Frontier Safaris reserves the right to withdraw these packages at any given time.

A deposit of 50% of daily rate is required for reservation, unless stipulated otherwise.  Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to Safari dates, unless re-booked.  Any loss in Rand Value, due to fluctuation of exchange rate, will be subtracted from the initial deposit refund (a complete breakdown will be provided).

Balance of Safari is payable before departure.

All credit cards, cash and transfers are accepted, except for American Express.
